Hey there! 

My name is Andrijana, but you can call me Adi. 🙂 

Welcome to my corner of the internet, where I share tips to make yoga accessible, safe, and enjoyable, helping you become the best version of yourself. Explore my blog for invaluable guidance on your yoga journey, or join me for free video classes to practice from the comfort of your home.

Unlike many popular yogis, I began my practice as an adult woman. At 26, with no extensive gymnastics or dance background, during an emotionally tough time, yoga entered my life. With patience, dedication, consistency, and love, I have grown into the yogi I am today.

As someone who traded her engineering work-from-home career for a yogic lifestyle and practices mostly at home, my mission is to spread my passion for yoga and help you develop and sustain your own at-home yoga practice.

My practice focuses on restoring balance and connecting breath with movement. By focusing on mindful alignment and controlled transitions, my classes aim to build strength and flexibility, improving your overall mobility. My approach is gentle yet challenging, encouraging you to always listen to your body.

While I can’t impress you with decades of practice and teaching experience, I can inspire and motivate you to start your journey. I am living proof that you can learn to control and move your body in incredible ways, and I can guide you from beginner to advanced yogi.

No matter your age – with effort, commitment, and a little bit of encouragement you can start bringing balance back to your body and mind, and beat burnout.
