Liability Waiver Agreement
This form will help us create a shared understanding of our rights and responsibilities as a teacher and a student. If there is any part of this form that you do not understand, please contact me immediately at hello@andriyannasflow.com.
Andriyanna’s Flow truly believes that yoga is for everyone, in some form and to some extent. However, as with any type of movement and exercise, there is a real risk of injury. While we take all reasonable steps to mitigate this risk, it cannot be entirely eliminated.
All yoga classes, workshops, breathing techniques, health and nutrition advice will be further refferd to as The Activities.
Yoga is not recommended or considered unsafe for certain medical conditions. Therefore, it is advisable to consult your medical provider before participating in any new activities, including yoga. By marking your agreement to this waiver, you confirm that your health and physical condition to participate in The Activities have been verified by a licensed physician.
It is your responsibility to inform the yoga teacher of any medical or health conditions, disabilities, or physical limitations you might have, prior to the beginning of The Activities. You must make the teacher aware of any changes in your health, including but not limited to injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy. The information you share remains confidential.
It is your responsibility to practice The Activities within your own limits, both physical and mental, on any given day. The instructions during The Activitites are for guidance only. If you feel any discomfort, strain, or pain at any point in the class, you agree to pause or fully discontinue your participation in The activities. You agree to always adjust your practice to your level of ability and comfort and that the decision to engage in any posture or activity remains yours.
Andriyanna’s Flow and its teachers are not liable for any damages, injury, accident, or health impairment resulting from participating in the class or utilizing the techniques shared during the class.
In simple language:
- Yoga movements have some risk of hurting yourself.
- A doctor needs to confirm that it is safe for you to practice yoga.
- If you feel pain at any point, you need to immediately, but safely stop the movement.
- You need to inform the teacher of any existing medical or health conditions, as well as new changes in your health.
By proceeding with booking and joining The Activities, I acknowledge that my participation is fully voluntary and at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in The Activities, including those which may result from the negligence of the teacher. I accept that this waiver Agreement is binding on me, the members of my family, my spouse, my estate, heirs, administrators and legal or personal representatives.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read the above terms of this Liability Waiver agreement and I fully understand its contents. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. I recognise that my acceptance serves as a complete, irrevocable and unconditional waive, release and discharge of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and that it cannot be changed orally and I indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue Andriyanna’s Flow, it’s teachers or associates, as to any liabilities or claims made as a result of me participating in The Activities.
